Payments
All payments are final and processed securely at checkout. Bookings are confirmed only after payment.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your service date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date are non-refundable. Use the manage link in your booking confirmation email to cancel.
Service area
We currently serve Forney, Rockwall, Heath, Fate, and Royse City, TX. Addresses outside these areas cannot be booked through our site. We verify every address at booking time.
